Thinking of my past and future

Sitting here, having nothing to do

I think back on the life I have lived

I think of the life I have in front of me

Thinking about all the good times

Thinking about all the bad times

How it was to loose my grandfather and my cousin

How it was to receive two new familymembers

Remembering my first schoolday, how scared I was

Looking forward to the day I’ll graduate

Looking forward to the day I’ll get married

Looking forward to the day I’ll have children

Looking forward to the day I’ll become a grandmother

Looking forward to the day I’ll become a great grandmother

The only thing I don’t look forward to,

is the day I’ll leave this earth for good
